West Chelsea Art galleries are to be commended for the incredible resilience: 2 weeks after SANDY flooded these galleries, there is strong evidence that many will be back in business, fully fixed up, this week……a miracle or simply that New York can-do spirit unlike any other? It is these business owners who exemplify the tenacity of New Yorkers to get beaten up, but recover faster than anywhere.
