Mayor Elect Bill de Blasio has appointed Bill Bratton as police commissioner for New York…..this is a brilliant choice and a very encouraging insight into our next mayor’s actions regardng crime. Bill Bratton is largely credited for the jaw-dropping turnaround in crime under the Giuliani administration. A New York City with low crime is good for everyone. And outstanding in maintaining real estate valuations.  Bravo!
