Congratulations again to my LUXURYLOFT team:  The New York Times announced this morning that our $ 43million sale at 144 Duane Street was the largest closed transaction of 2013 in New York City. An especially big congratulations to Yoko Sanada who made it all possible. Here is the article, a good read regardless:

While this sale of ours was huge, several larger sales were signed in 2013, but did not close yet.
