Michael Shvo has partnered up to buy another site, this time in the Soho/Hudson Yards area at the entrance to the Holland Tunnel, next door to Trump Soho. Here are some facts to ponder:

• This actually may be a cheap purchase: 280,000sf for $140 million = roughly $ 465/sf, certainly much cheaper than his Tenth Avenue site….close to half-price….and a good price in to-day’s market where land is trading for double that on a regular basis now.
• How will this building impact the views of Trump Soho? probably not as Trump is well over 400feet tall and will tower over this building than can only go about 290 feet.
• Will Soho be re-named SHVOHO?
