We just started marketing 150 CHARLES STREET, and to say the response to the building is overwhelming would be a complete under-statement: I am stunned that there are so many buyers with so much money anxious to commit to a floorplan and renderings and wait over 2 years for the building to be built. Then again, when the checklist includes: prime West Village location (that has been down-zoned so that a building of this scale can never be repeated), superb architecture and a quality of finish-out unlike any other, 91 units with 80 different floorplans providing a unique experience for almost every unit, almost 40,000sf of garden and terraces pre-landscaped and maintained by the building, a parking garage, drive-through drop-off, swimming pool, gym, filtered fresh air, and the list goes on and on…..its actually quite easy to understand why Manhattan’s wealthiest buyers are flocking.

So what is the next BIG THING in finish out? Remember when kitchens were first introduced to New York that have the drawers that close themselves? It was, and still is, a great invention and feature.
