The LUXURYLOFT TEAM ranked #8 this year in the national rankings of brokerage teams by the WALL STREET JOURNAL and Real Trends, the third year in a row to be in the TOP20……..a big thanks to my exceptional team, Herve Senequier, Lois Planco, Matt Amico, Amy Mendizibal, Aimee Scher, Kane Manera and Yoko Sanada. While selling lots does not automatically imply we are the best, I always think consistency and unwavering ethics are the key. We have sold as much real estate this year in the first 5 months as all of 2012, but much of that will only close in a year or two.  This achievement is another in a solid year where we were ranked the number one team at Douglas Elliman. A huge thanks especially to all our remarkable clients and our fellow colleagues.
