The DOW has gone over the 16,000 threshold again to-day: an indicator of an improving economy or a signal that we may be at a high? NO-ONE knows. Lets focus on what we do know. There are strong arguments on both sides for sure. Just finished an interview with the New York Times on a subject dear to my heart, related of course to luxury real estate…..I will keep you posted. I do hope they print what i had to say: if not, I will print it here later.
