Michael Shvo was spotted tonight at the LUKOIL/GETTY site on Tenth Avenue and West 24th Street (West Chelsea’s most storied block) armed with 2 security guards (is someone after Michael?) chatting up passers by observing the art installation featuring fences (Shvences?), sheep (Shveep?) and a lawn (shvlawn?)that has many tongues wagging. Was he peddling the apartments he plans to develop with Victor Homes on this site?
Many are delighted by this whimsical ‘art’ installation, yet some are asking whether they have seen this installation somewhere before…..it appears the ‘goddess of new development’, Louise Sunshine had an eerily similar installation (supposedly by the same artist)when marketing 170 East End Avenue (also designed by Peter Marino)almost a decade ago. What’s next? Is this potential scandal destined to be featured on Shvo’s own reality TV show BILLION DOLLAR LISTING?
